Cheryl utilizes her intuitive and business acumen in leading major change projects for company start-ups or reorganization by creating bigger picture innovations and translating them into rubber-meets-the-road strategies.
To begin, Cheryl will provide your organization with an initial assessment that identifies and prioritizes areas for improvement. And, if you need help implementing those changes, she can work as an on-site fractional to assist with tactics and timeframes in accomplishing and anchoring change.
Through an intensive 2-1/2 day on-site exploration, Cheryl assesses an organization's cultural health, strengths, and weaknesses and identifies specific areas for improvement. Discovery is conducted through observation, key employee interviews, and departmental meetings. Cheryl's findings and opportunities for moving forward with realistic, transformative strategies are discussed with organizational leaders.
Not every organization has the hands or heads to launch major change initiatives. As a fractional executive, Cheryl spearheads change project implementation. Fractional leadership includes: establishing and overseeing an interdisciplinary change team; coordinating staffing and other resources; reviewing and recommending procedures and policies; and, serving as liaison to company leadership. Fractional contracts extend from 3 months to 2 years, depending upon the scope of the project.
